POLICIES:

  • All units are housekeeping cottages.
  • 1/3 deposit is required to hold your cottage.
  • Deposit may be made by personal cheque or money order.
  • Balance of account is due upon arrival by personal cheque or cash.
  • Rental cancellation must be made 14 weeks prior to scheduled arrival. Refund of deposit is then subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.
  • Maximum number of persons allowed per cottage refers to children as well as adults.
  • Day guests are allowed by prior arrangement with management only and are then required to register at office on arrival.
  • All cottages are non-smoking.
  • Check in time during the summer months (July & August) is 4:00 P.M.
  • Check out time during the summer months (July & August) is 10:00 A.M. Sharp.
  • We have a no pet policy during the summer months (July & August).
  • Personal watercraft (ie: seadoo’s) not permitted.
