POLICIES:
- All units are housekeeping
cottages.
- 1/3 deposit is required to hold your
cottage.
- Deposit may be made by personal cheque or money order.
- Balance of account is due upon arrival by personal cheque or
cash.
- Rental cancellation must be made 14 weeks prior to scheduled
arrival. Refund of deposit is then subject to a $75.00
cancellation fee.
- Maximum number of persons allowed per cottage refers to
children as well as adults.
- Day guests are allowed by prior arrangement with management
only and are then required to register at office on arrival.
- All cottages are non-smoking.
- Check in time during the summer months (July & August)
is 4:00 P.M.
- Check out time during the summer months (July & August)
is 10:00 A.M. Sharp.
- We have a no
pet policy during the summer months (July & August).
- Personal watercraft (ie: seadoo’s) not permitted.
